Our promise
Your dog either chooses the bed, or you don’t pay. Here’s how it works.
30-day sleep trial
- Try the bed for 30 nights.
- If your dog doesn’t use it (or you don’t love it), email support@houndandhomestore.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We’ll email a prepaid return label.
- Full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the bed.
What qualifies
Beds must be returned in resalable condition: cover washed, foam intact, no heavy chew damage or pet stains. We reserve the right to deduct 20% for beds returned in unsellable condition.
What doesn’t qualify
- Beds past the 30-day window
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance-tagged final-sale items
90-day chew replacement
Separate from the sleep trial. If your dog chews through the bed in the first 90 days of delivery, we’ll replace it once for a flat $20 re-ship fee. Email support@houndandhomestore.com with a photo and your order number.
Damaged on arrival
Photo the box and bed within 48 hours of delivery and email us. Full replacement, no return required.
