Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states and DC. We do not yet ship to APO/FPO, US territories (PR, VI, GU), or international destinations.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8.

Processing & delivery time

We pack and ship orders ourselves from Pittsburgh, PA, usually within 1–2 business days of your order.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after your order ships.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of shipping, please email support@houndandhomestore.com and we’ll track it down and make it right.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally mis-scan) and then email us. We’ll file a carrier claim and replace your item if the carrier confirms the loss. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Changes & cancellations

We can cancel or edit an order before it ships. Once a shipping label has been created, we can’t change it. Please email support@houndandhomestore.com with your order number as soon as possible.
