Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states and DC. We do not yet ship to APO/FPO, territories (PR, VI, GU), or international destinations.

Shipping cost

Free ground shipping on every order. No minimums.

Processing & delivery time

  • Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day ship the next business day.
  • Transit time: 2–5 business days via UPS or FedEx ground depending on origin ZIP and destination.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Delays

If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days, please email support@houndandhomestore.com and we’ll check with the warehouse and make it right.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 48 hours (USPS/UPS occasionally mis-scan) and then email us. We’ll file a carrier claim and replace the bed if the carrier confirms the loss.

Changes & cancellations

We can cancel or edit an order before it ships. Once the warehouse has a label, we can’t pull it back. Please email support@houndandhomestore.com with your order number as soon as possible.
